The five that matter most

  • Each order stands by itself. Nothing recurs and no card is retained.
  • 90 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • A changed formula gets a new revision code. Nothing is substituted quietly.
  • Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

This page sets out the terms on which JARROW FORMULAS, INC. (EIN 95-4160425), trading as JARROW FORMULAS INC, sells products through bellezaformula.com. Reading it is worthwhile: placing an order means accepting it. Where the words “we” or “us” appear below they mean JARROW FORMULAS, INC..

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Supplement status and limits

Sheet Range is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for JARROW FORMULAS INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
  • How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
  • Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
  • Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 90 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to help@bellezaformula.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by JARROW FORMULAS, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

JARROW FORMULAS, INC. stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of California.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Formula sheets, revisions and withdrawals

  • Each formula carries a sheet code and a revision number. A change to an active, its form, its amount, an excipient or a supplier produces a new revision; the prior revision stays on record.
  • The sheet describes the formula. The pack in your hand is the authority on what you actually received, and where the two disagree the pack governs and the sheet is corrected.
  • JARROW FORMULAS, INC. publishes both what each batch was tested for and what it was not. An untested panel is stated rather than omitted.
  • Batch numbers are recorded against orders so that a withdrawal reaches the people who received the affected batch. In that event we contact you, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Prices follow input cost and move in both directions. A change applies from the day the new batch is released and never backwards to an order already placed.
  • Nothing written here overrides the consumer law where you live. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
