The short version

Set out because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. The numbered sections are binding; this is the short form.

  • We collect what an order requires: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask for revision texts.
  • Personal information is not put up for sale. Not to brokers, not to other houses, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • Only marketing is texted, and only where it was asked for. Paperwork reaches you by email, never by text.
  • You may close it whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • Texts are never required to place an order.
  • You may ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at help@bellezaformula.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone below eighteen.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit bellezaformula.com or interact with our SMS communications.

1. Categories of information

  • Identifiers you supply: name, email address, postal address for delivery and billing, and a mobile number where texts are requested.
  • Technical records of the visit: IP address, browser type, which pages were viewed and at what time, collected by cookies and comparable technologies.
  • Device and network signals: device identifiers and mobile network details, used to serve the site correctly.

2. SMS Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from JARROW FORMULAS INC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and are excluded from all other categories of data sharing described in this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill your requests and deliver the communications you opted into.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations and updates.
  • Deliver promotional offers and announcements (with your consent).
  • Improve our website and customer experience.
  • Respond to support inquiries and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

Cookies and comparable technologies are used here to keep the site working and to see, in aggregate, how it is used. Your browser settings control them, and blocking them does not stop you from reading anything or placing an order.

5. Disclosure

We sell no personal information. Disclosure happens in three situations only: to the service providers handling payment, shipping, text messaging and analytics on our behalf; where a law or a court requires it; and in connection with a transfer of the business. In every one of them, SMS opt-in data is excluded.

6. Access, deletion and the CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we hold, require its deletion, and opt out of its sale; we do not sell personal data, so the last is already the position. 7. Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it and transmission is encrypted. That said, no system carried over the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is overstating its case.

8. Age and this policy

We do not market to, sell to, or knowingly gather personal information from anyone below the age of 18. Should any reach us, it is deleted as soon as we learn of it.

9. Updates

This policy is revised as practices change. Whatever is published on this page, under the date at the top, is the version in force.

Tell us what you would like to see, amend or remove. We acknowledge within two business days and complete within 30, confirming back in writing.

To close the revision text list, reply STOP to any message, use the removal form, telephone the desk, or write and ask. Each takes effect at once. The Terms cover the remainder, including the 90-day return window.
