Every formula gets the same nine fields.
JARROW FORMULAS, INC. designs dietary supplement formulas and documents each one on a sheet with a fixed set of fields, in a fixed order, so any two can be laid side by side and compared without translation.
That sounds like a small thing. It is the difference between a label you can evaluate and a label you have to trust. When the dose basis, the nutrient form and the excipient list appear in the same place on every sheet, the omissions become visible, including ours.

The nine fields
What appears on every sheet, in this order
The order never changes. A field with nothing to report says so rather than being dropped, because a missing row is the easiest thing in this industry to hide.

| Dose basis | The serving every other figure refers to. One capsule and three capsules are different products. |
| Actives and their forms | The specific salt or ester of each, not just the nutrient name. |
| Marker and percentage | For any standardised extract. Without both, the word means nothing. |
| Excipients in full | Binders, flow agents, colourings. This row is where allergy problems live. |
| Tested for | Which panels ran on the batch, and who ran them. |
| Not tested for | The row most sheets omit. We publish it because an untested panel is a fact about the product. |
| Suitability | Vegetarian, vegan, and the common allergens the formula does or does not contain. |
House rules
What this house will not formulate
- No proprietary blends. Every active carries its own figure. A single total over several ingredients lets the cheapest be almost all of it.
- No fairy dusting. An ingredient present below any sensible amount comes out of the formula rather than staying on the label for decoration.
- No weight-loss, performance or beauty formulas. Three categories, declined as a matter of policy rather than case by case.
- No formula whose brief starts with a claim. If the requirement is that it treats something, there is no version of the work we can do.
- No silent revisions. A change of supplier, form or amount produces a new revision code on the sheet.
What we will not claim
Formulas in the Sheet Range range are dietary supplements. In United States law they are not drugs and we do not describe them as such. We do not say that any of them diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, replaces a prescribed medicine or a clinician's judgement, works within a stated period, or is safe taken with your prescriptions, which only your own clinician can weigh.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Put the question to a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, and certainly do so if you take prescription medication, are managing a condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Keep it away from anyone under eighteen.

A text when a sheet is revised
If you rely on a formula, the thing worth knowing is when its sheet changes. That is what this list is for, and it is optional in every sense.
- Marketing messages only. Revisions, new sheets, occasional offers. Nothing else runs on it.
- Paperwork is never texted. Order confirmations and despatch documents reach your email address.
- Up to 5 messages per quarter; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- US mobile numbers, eighteen or over. A landline will not carry them, nor will a number held abroad.
- Reply STOP to close it. Reply HELP to get our details. The removal form does the same.
- The number stays here. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
