Formula sheets
Each sheet below carries the same nine fields described on the front page. Read them across rather than down and the differences between formulas show up immediately.
Everything here is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine, and none of it is offered as a treatment for anything.
Reading a sheet
Start at dose basis. Every other figure on the sheet is per that serving, and a formula quoting per three capsules is a different proposition from one quoting per capsule.
Then read not tested for. It is the row that tells you where the documentation stops.
Pack sizes
The larger sizes work out lower per day because they cost less to fill and to ship. That is the whole reason, and there is no price that appears only after you hand over an email address.

Ordering and safety
Orders go to the desk on +1 (224) 348-7275 or at help@bellezaformula.com during Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Pacific. Name the sheet code and the pack size; we confirm the revision in stock and the total, carriage included, before anything is charged.
The card is charged once for that order and is not kept. Confirmation is emailed immediately and tracking follows by email once the carrier collects. None of it is texted to you.
